Cancellation Policy
Policies
No Extra Guests: To ensure a relaxing and focused environment, please arrive alone to your appointment. Additional guests are not permitted.
Rescheduling, Cancellations, & No Shows: Reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be banned from booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. There is a 7 minute grace period for late arrivals. After this period, a late fee will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment: We accept cash & credit/debit cards. If paying with card please note there will be a 3.5% fee added. If you choose to pay with cash, please bring the exact amount as we do not provide change.
Upon Arrival: Please wait in your car and notify us of your arrival via text. We will inform you when it is time to enter the studio.
